This message can be edited by creating an 'override' template and editing that. To do this copy this system template file (modules/base/xartemplates/user-main.xd) and copy it to your theme directory in the equivalent module directory (themes/themename/modules/base/user-main.xt). Note the .xt extension in the override template.
